SONIADADA WEBMASTER CONTEST

2002 Official Rules and Regulations

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, a legal resident of the United States and have internet access prior to June 30, 2002 to enter this contest. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands and where prohibited or restricted by law.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD, ENTRY & METHOD OF WINNING

The Soniadada Webmaster Contest (“Contest”) shall begin on August 1, 2002 at 12:00 a.m. (ET) and end on October 7, 2002 at 11:00 p.m. (ET). Participants shall post the click-thru banner(s) on their own website to www.buzztone.com/sd as sent by Buzztone, Inc. (“Buzztone”) on behalf of Calliope Music (“Calliope”). Participants shall not change or alter the banners and must use the banners tags that Buzztone provides for placing the banners on their site. Calliope shall have the right to request that any Participant remove the banner from his/her respective site for any reason and at any time including prior to the expiration or termination of the Contest. Participants shall provide their name, website name, website URL and their email address on the Official Registration Form supplied by Buzztone, Inc. and must submit it online prior to participation in the Contest to be eligible to win. The registered website that drives the most traffic to http://www.buzztone.com/sd shall be selected the winner of the Contest. Calliope shall have complete discretion in selecting the winner and shall utilize tracking technology provided by Buzztone. All decisions are final. Participants who submit incomplete or inaccurate information will not be eligible for prizes. Calliope reserves the right to terminate the Contest by giving notice on www.soniadada.com. The Contest will terminate at 11:59 pm ET on the same day notice of termination is given.

ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning will depend on the amount of website traffic driven to http://www.buzztone.com/sd by registered, eligible participants during the Contest period.

PRIZE AND NOTIFICATION

The participant that drives the most traffic to http://www.buzztone.com/sd will receive $250.

The potential winner of the Contest will receive notification on or about October 12, 2002. The notification will be in the form of an e-mail prompt notifying the participant of his or her potential win. Specific instructions about how potential winner can verify eligibility will be conveyed at that time. Potential winner may be required to submit valid identification and other information as part of eligibility verification. Potential winner must respond to the e-mail prompt within 48 hours of it being sent or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from eligible entries received. If a minor wins the prize, it will be awarded in the name of such minor's parent or legal guardian. Potential winner (or his/her parent or legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state) may also be required to complete, and sign a notarized affidavit of eligibility/liability release within 14 days of date of notification. If applicable, potential winner must return the completed, signed, notarized affidavit of eligibility/liability release within 14 days or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from eligible entries received.

A winner who provides a P.O. Box may be required to provide an alternate address for delivery of prize. Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except that Calliope reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. Winner is responsible for paying any federal, state or local taxes on the value of the prize received and for any and all expenses in connection with use of the prize.

GENERAL

Employees of Buzztone, Calliope and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and other related companies and the immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to enter. Contest is subject to and regulated by all applicable laws and is void in any jurisdiction in which participation is prohibited or restricted by law, statute or regulation. By participating in Contest, participants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the decision of the judges (which shall be final and binding in all respects) and to be contacted by e-mail, mail and/or telephone.

By accepting prize, winner releases Calliope, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and other related companies, and all parties' directors, officers, employees, and agents, including advertising and promotional agencies, from all liability with respect to the use or misuse of the prize, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond their control that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. All prizes are provided “As Is” and Calliope disclaims all warranties and conditions express, implied or statutory, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If for any reason a winner is found to be ineligible to receive a prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from eligible entries received. Any fraud found subsequent to the awarding of a prize will result in the immediate revocation of the prize. All decisions by Calliope with respect to the selection of the winner is final.

Neither Buzztone nor Calliope are responsible for lost, late or misdirected communications, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete registration whether caused by the participant or an equipment or technical malfunction, or for any equipment or technical malfunctions or errors, including but not limited to hardware/software failure, lost/delayed corrupted data, interrupted modem connections, and so called system "bugs." Any communication that is illegible, incomplete or late will be disqualified. Calliope reserves the right to halt the play of the Contest at any time and for any duration of time due to situations beyond its control such as strikes, acts of God, technical malfunction, etc.
